Overview
At Card & Print, all business cards and printed products are produced custom-made based on the design you upload or the options you select.
For this reason, once your order has entered the printing process, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, if there is an error caused by us during production, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will provide a reprint or an appropriate solution.
Design & Size Compliance
All of our business cards are produced in the standard 83 x 51 mm format.
If the artwork you upload does not fit this format, Card & Print reserves the right to revise your visual file in order to:
- adjust bleed and trim margins
- prevent text or elements from being cut off
- properly align the artwork within the print area
These adjustments are technical corrections only, not creative redesigns. The final design responsibility belongs to the customer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or cancellations are not accepted in the following cases:
- All business cards and printed items being custom-made
- Low-resolution, incorrect color profile, or missing bleed in customer-uploaded artwork
- Incorrect information, quantity, paper type, or finishing options chosen by the customer
- Changes of mind after printing has begun
- Spelling or layout errors in customer-approved artwork
Note: The file uploaded or approved by the customer is considered the final reference for printing.
When We Provide a Reprint (Free Replacement)
A free reprint will be issued if the issue is caused by Card & Print, including:
- Major color variation compared to the approved file
- Incorrect or uneven cutting
- Wrong paper type used
- Damaged, bent, or wet products upon delivery
- Missing quantities

Refund Conditions
Since all products are custom-made, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Technical issues prevent us from starting production
- The selected paper type or material is out of stock
- Duplicate (double) payment
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a standard processing period.
Design Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the print-readiness of their artwork, including:
- 300 DPI resolution
- CMYK color format
- Proper bleed/trim margins
- Ensuring no text or elements are outside the safe area
Card & Print is not responsible for design mistakes, typos, layout errors, or issues caused by incorrect artwork.
We only make technical adjustments when required for print compatibility.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at:

After reviewing your claim, we will reprint and ship your order free of charge.
Shipping
- For reprints due to Card & Print errors, shipping is free.
- For customer-requested returns or cancellations (when applicable), shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
